Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. During holidays, processing times may be delayed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, processing may be delayed by an additional 3–5 business days. To ensure accuracy, all shipping addresses are verified through the US Postal Service (USPS). For assistance with verifying your address, visit USPS.com.

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and are estimates only. Transit times do not include weekends or holidays. boutiquespa.shop is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as labor strikes, transportation disruptions, or acts of nature.

Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If a package is refused or returned, the shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds for refused packages will only be processed once the product is returned and inspected.

boutiquespa.shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your delivery is delayed or if there are issues with your package, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

International Shipping

International orders may take 4–6 weeks to arrive, with rare delays extending up to 8–12 weeks. boutiquespa.shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country. Additional shipping fees may apply for certain locations.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may refuse the package and notify us, or return the package with a valid tracking number. Refunds will be processed once the returned package is inspected.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is placed. If the package is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, boutiquespa.shop is not responsible. If the package is returned to us, we can arrange for a re-shipment or issue a refund.

Delivery of Items

If a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping company directly. boutiquespa.shop does not offer refunds for items claimed to be undelivered if tracking confirms delivery.
